Thinkfactory Media is a full-service production company that creates high quality entertainment content. Based in Los Angeles, the company was founded by Emmy-nominated producer, Leslie Greif, and is one of the only production companies that has created award-winning programming in virtually every genre of television including: features, unscripted series, documentaries, mini-series, branded entertainment projects, concerts, music specials and various movies of the week.

Thinkfactory Media was the driving force behind the three night mini-series event, Hatfields & McCoys (History) starring Kevin Costner and Bill Paxton, which set ratings records and garnered 16 Emmy® nominations, including a nod for Outstanding Mini-Series or Movie. All three nights of the mini-series ranked as the top three entertainment television telecasts of all time in ad supported cable history among total viewers. Thinkfactory has produced content for all major cable networks including A&E, Lifetime, TLC, TV One, VH1, AMC, MTV, Discovery, WeTV, amongst many others. Their production, for A&E, holds the title for longest running celebrity docu-series in television history.

Some of their recent hits and franchises include: Texas Rising, their 10-hour television event for History, R&B Divas: Atlanta and R&B Divas: Los Angeles (TV One), Marriage Boot Camp and spinoff Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars (WeTV), and Preachers’ Daughters (Lifetime). They also recently announced their new scripted drama adapted from the Tony® award-winning musical Million Dollar Quartet for CMT.
