Justin Nichols is head of casting at Thinkfactory Media, with oversight across the company’s robust slate of series and specials.

Most recently, Nichols is responsible for casting Lifetime’s My Great Big Live Wedding with David Tutera. Hosted by Tutera – world-renowned wedding and event planner – the series features America’s most-deserving couples’ incredible journeys to the alter, as well as the LIVE broadcast of their weddings.

Nichols also currently leads casting efforts for a wide range of projects in development, spanning multiple genres. His previous Thinkfactory credits include TLC’s Married by Mom & Dad and Hodges Half Dozen.

Nichols joined Thinkfactory in 2015. He began his entertainment career at Studio Lambert, working on CBS’s Undercover Boss, and he also spent two years at TMZ.
