Viewers have learned a lot about Lil Mo after two seasons of “R&B Divas: LA,” but she said there’s still more to unveil, which she’ll do on season 3 of the show.
“You’re going to see me turn up professionally…I’m going to show how it’s done,” said Lil Mo, who wants her fans to adopt her fearless attitude and not allow being afraid to hold them back.
After two failed marriages, some might have assumed Lil Mo was fearful, or at least shy about going into a third, but she’s not even claiming those previous unions.
“Those other marriages didn’t count…but I believe in love…I never gave up on love,” Lil Mo told GlobalGrind.com.
“I get to plan it out and feel like a princess!” she boasts about the wedding, but fans often wonder about Lil’ Mo’s philosophies on dating, in which she doesn’t really believe. She prefers to tie the knot. Even with a couple of divorces under her belt, she has managed not to become a “love hater.”
To the contrary, she is excited about exchanging vows with her fiance’ Karl Dargan. They are coming up on their one year anniversary.
The “R&B Divas” star, author, singer-songwriter and actress also revealed what her dedicated fan base can expect from her in the near future.
“The book is about me; it’s giving you the ups and downs and ins and outs of me and everything fans ever wanted to know about me,” said Cynthia Loving of her new e-book Taming Lil’ Mo: The Tell -All of Cynthia Loving.
“I’ve been in this business for 15-plus years, and a lot has happened,” the self-proclaimed Godmother of Hip Hop and R&B said.
A lot indeed, from her falling out with JaRule to her time working with Missy Elliot to her two failed marriages and paying her husband’s child support, Lil Mo bares her soul in the pages Taming Lil’ Mo.
Lil Mo’s third studio album Scarlett Letter drops this month October 27, 2014.
