4th and Loud, which follows the inaugural season of the LA KISS Arena Football League team, premiered on Tuesday, August 12 at9:00 p.m. ET/PT. Snap Fitness trainers collaborated with LA KISS quarterback, J.J. Raterink, to develop the 4th and Loud Workout: Get Off the Sidelines 4-week fitness program. The four installment video series featuring Raterink premieres next week at www.snapfitness.com, the Snap Fitness YouTube channel and is free to Americans ready to get off the sidelines and get active.
Snap Fitness is also offering a free 4th and Loud Workout: Get Off the Sidelines 30-day pass for non-members to Snap Fitness locations nationwide.
