Unsolicited Submission Policy

Neither Thinkfactory Media nor any of its employees accept or consider unsolicited materials, ideas, or suggestions of any nature whatsoever (“Unsolicited Materials”). Please do not submit any Unsolicited Materials in any form to Thinkfactory Media or any of its employees via any means (including, without limitation, via mail, fax, telephone and/or e-mail). Accordingly, you may not use this website or information obtained therefrom to submit Unsolicited Materials to Thinkfactory Media. If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas or materials, you still submit them, then regardless of what your submission letter says, the following terms shall apply to your Unsolicited Materials:

You agree that: (1) your Unsolicited Materials and their contents will automatically become the exclusive and unrestricted property of Thinkfactory Media, without any compensation to you; (2) Thinkfactory Media may use or redistribute the Unsolicited Materials and their contents to any party for any purpose and in any way; (3) there is no obligation for Thinkfactory Media to review the Unsolicited Materials; and (4) there is no obligation for Thinkfactory Media to keep any Unsolicited Materials confidential or to treat the Unsolicited Materials as proprietary.
