Mama June and her family are gearing up for season three of Mama June: From Hot To Not and it’s going to be their most jam-packed season yet. The exclusive trailer gives fans an insight into June’s health journey and her battle to keep the weight off two-years after her lap-band surgery

The clip begins with a recap of June’s rapid weight loss and body transformation. Though she’s been able to keep most of the pounds off, she admitted to falling off the wagon.

“I’ve gained a little bit of weight back,” she says before insisting, “But I’m not ever gonna be 450 pounds again.”

Though she’s been indulging in more junk food, the trailer hints her cravings could be the result of an unexpected pregnancy with boyfriend Geno Doak.

In addition to the candid look at June’s renewed commitment to getting fit, fans will also be treated to behind-the-scene footage of Alana’s appearance on Dancing With The Stars: Juniors. “[Competition partner] Tristan is SO cute,” Alaina gushes to the camera during a confessional scene.

The trailer also teases a harrowing health scare for one unidentified member of the cast. “I think she’s going to die,” Geno says.
